Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Supapowr websites, including https://app.supapowr.com and all other related domains and subdomains, the ("Service") operated by Supapowr Labs Sdn Bhd. ("us", "we", or "our"), a company incorporated in Malaysia. Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right to determine whether a use of the Service is in violation of these Terms or fails to constitute acceptable use. We may in our sole discretion remove any content and/or terminate your access for violation of these Terms at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
Accessing and Using Supapowr
Supapowr leverages web3 services to provide our users with the ability to sign up, create a wallet, link wallets, associate their data which functions as an extension of their personal identity and can be used to access services. By using the service, we assume the right to collect your blockchain wallet address, transaction information and all associated publicly available data for the purpose of providing you services.
Your Supapowr wallet is not meant to be accessed and used for sending/receiving any tokens or nfts. Your linked wallets are merely public addresses and Supapowr has no control over the contents of your linked wallets and does not accept any responsibility for, or liability for you, in connection with your wallets. You, as the user and owner of your linked wallets are solely responsible for the security of your linked wallets and the contents of your linked wallets.
Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights, in all content and other materials contained on our website or provided in connection with the Service. You receive no license or usage rights to the Service other than what is explicitly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise required by law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the Service, including without limitation any damages resulting from reliance by you on any information obtained from using the Service.
Maintenance
We may temporarily suspend the Service from time to time for maintenance. We do not warrant any particular level of Service availability.
Termination
